Adi Hospenthal is an experienced agile coach and programme manager with extensive expertise in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, corporate training, project management and change management. With his in-depth knowledge and practice-orientated approach, he supports companies in the successful implementation of complex transformation projects and in establishing a sustainable Lean-Agile corporate culture.

As a certified SAFe® Programme Consultant (SPC), he holds the highest level of certification in the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). Markus Ernsten has 30+ years of experience in the areas of coaching and consulting, business management, and product development.
After his time as an R&D engineer of telecommunication solutions, his professional career took him through different sales roles and into management positions at international ICT companies.

He has broad experience in the management of projects and organizations in the fields of product develop-ment, sales, marketing, organizational development, strategic and operational business development with companies such as hardware and software vendors, professional services, and outsourcing.

Since 2008, he has worked as a coach and consultant for organizations and individuals, focusing on company, organization, and personal development.
As a coach and consultant, Markus addresses entrepreneurs and leadership personalities who are facing the challenge of the necessary changes for Leadership and personal development in the context of digitalization and agile transformation. By doing this, his work always aims to develop and connect strategy with value-driven and value-oriented execution.
