Ambitious IT projects need an experienced and reliable partner. We are the partner for agile transformations, coaching and integration of agile business applications. Since our foundation in 2008, we have supported and led over 29 projects using agile methods and four agile transformations for national and international companies. We know how to develop tasks and the associated expectations, objectives and framework conditions together with the customer.

Agile transformation

The transformation of a company from a traditional to an agile organisation is an undertaking that should not be undertaken lightly. This is because it is a complex process with unpredictable results. In addition to cultural and psychological factors, organisational or methodological changes also influence the company.

Project management

We see project management as a vocation. Time and again, figures about failed projects are presented in IT and everyone hopes that things will be better in the future. Atama's approach is proactive - we want our customers to work according to established and proven approaches to project management, to be successful and even to improve. Since 2008, we have ensured that all the projects we have managed have been realised.

Education & training

It is well known that methods are only as effective as their users have the necessary attitude that is inherent to the respective procedure. As the saying goes: ‘A fool with a tool is still a fool’. Our seminars therefore teach the fundamental relationships between the mindset, skillset and toolset and the impact this has on the success of agile practices. Participants not only learn more about their own attitude and approach to agility, but the core insights are also conveyed in a practical way.
