Focus topic: With Scrum to market success

In our role as scrum or project coaches, we support the project management on an ongoing basis by focussing on the team development process in the project and promoting it accordingly with a few targeted and well-integrated interventions. Although project execution and project management are already routine in many companies, it can still make sense to call in external expertise in the form of project coaching and process facilitation. Personnel bottlenecks, organisational and thematic impartiality and a wealth of experience from many other projects are some of the reasons for project coaching.

The project coach acts as an advisor in the design and implementation of project-specific details. This can take place in the role of a project moderator, a co-moderator in intensive cooperation with an employee of the project-leading organisation or as a reflection partner for the internal project manager. On the one hand, it is about creating the appropriate framework conditions and organising spaces so that this development can take place constructively and efficiently. All of this should not take place in isolated team development measures, but should be seamlessly integrated into everyday project work during meetings and workshops.
