The change and life cycle of software has shortened massively in recent years. In addition, the pressure for innovative solutions that have to be rolled out within a short period of time has increased considerably.

The procedure in several short iterations enables rapid and comprehensible project progress in a constantly changing environment. When does Scrum add value?

  • Does your company understand and accept an iterative approach?
  • Is there a willingness to involve future users in the project?
  • Can your company deal with recurring deliveries of software packages?
  • Does the Scrum team have access to users during the entire duration of the project?
  • Are there clear sponsors of the software products to be created?
  • Can the sponsor redefine the goals and requirements as needed?
  • Can the solution be delivered in small steps?
  • Does the software product have to be developed within a fixed timeframe?
